A personal interpretation of "The Things We Think And Do Not Say", From: Shaun Gaffney
"I began writing what they called a mission statement; not a memo, a mission statement. You know... a suggestion for the future of our company. Suddenly I was my Mother's son again. I was remembering the simple pleasures of this job. How I ended up here out of architecture school. The way a client sounds when I perform well. I wrote and wrote and wrote and I am not even a writer. I was remembering even the words of the original digital marketer the late great Bill Fulkerson; who said, "the key to this business is personal relationships". Suddenly it was all pretty clear. The answer was fewer clients, less money, more attention, caring for them, caring for themselves." |

We are a group of young, savvy, and competent digital marketers; who want to serve our clients to the best of our ability. We have seen our industry change from groups of passionate webmasters and intelligent algorithm decoders; to a watered down corporatized version of our start-up roots. We hope to preserve the creative styles and youthful energy that started the "early .com era".

Our founder and CEO Shaun Gaffney decided enough was enough, after selling his early .com business to an entity that converted his clients from people to numbers. Meaning; we lost sight of what was important.... the results of our advertising directly impacts our clients. Marketing is a symbiotic relationship, one hand washes the other. Rather than focus on new clients and forgetting attrition, we focus on existing clients and forming long term and successful relationships
